Roll with Hatha with Lily Our resident yoga instructor combines Hatha yoga with rollers to help ease muscle tension and explore gentle fascia release.
Still & Strong with Caroline
Discover a dedicated breathwork, mindfulness and meditation class designed to give you practical tools to find calm, reset and carry that feeling into everyday life.
Meet Our New Pilates Instructors
Please welcome Cathy Peglas and Cathy Chuther to the Aqua Marine Pilates team.
They’ll begin with Mat Pilates, with Power Pilates and Reformer classes to follow as our offering continues to grow.

Thank You for Making AGE BETTER So Special
A huge thank you to everyone who joined our AGE BETTER Masterclass.
We welcomed 25 wonderful women for an afternoon that began with gift bags, drinks and nibbles, followed by two hours of education with Dr Marina, Dr Rad and Dermal Therapist Liz.
Together, they shared their expertise and introduced services designed to help you age well, feel confident and feel your best.
