We are looking for a Medical Receptionist with Best Practice software experience, patient scheduling, private patient billing
Your daily tasks will include (but are not limited to)

Greeting Patients

Answering phone calls

Booking appointments/ Rescheduling/ managing appointment

Processing payments/ billings

scanning information onto the system

updating medical records and Patient information

Petty Cash/Banking

General administrative duties as directed by Practice Manager.

Skills and Attributes

Experience in General Practice administration and Best Practice Software is essential

A high standard of customer service skills is expected and the ability to work well in a team is require.

Computer literacy including use of Microsoft word, excel, emails and scanning.

About You
You will:

Hold current AHPRA registration as a VR General Practitioner (FRACGP or FACRRM)

Have an interest in, or experience with, skin cancer medicine and procedural dermatology (highly regarded but not essential)

Enjoy working collaboratively within a friendly, multidisciplinary team

Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
