We are looking for a Medical Receptionist with Best Practice software experience, patient scheduling, private patient billing
Your daily tasks will include (but are not limited to)
-
Greeting Patients
-
Answering phone calls
-
Booking appointments/ Rescheduling/ managing appointment
-
Processing payments/ billings
-
scanning information onto the system
-
updating medical records and Patient information
-
Petty Cash/Banking
-
General administrative duties as directed by Practice Manager.

Skills and Attributes
-
Experience in General Practice administration and Best Practice Software is essential
-
A high standard of customer service skills is expected and the ability to work well in a team is require.

Attention to detail.

Computer literacy including use of Microsoft word, excel, emails and scanning.

We are looking for the Right person to “hit the ground running”. With a great work ethic and reliable.
